Just keepin busy yo.
Yo. Working on new Skylanders and a few other projects unannounced. Rubicon released their bowling game too but can't find vids, reviews or anything really but I assure you it exists. Updating site though, that's got to count for something. I never understood that phrase.
At any rate, just a quick update. Production on Heroes of Ruin is still plunging ahead, mostly troubleshooting and performance tweaking for me here on out. Roller Coaster Tycoon is also plunging at a similar rate. Other projects are starting to take shape and may start production on them thereafter but I wouldn't mind a big fat break after these two big games are out of my hands. It's a bummer Heroes won't be out for Christmas, I think the title is going to be an awesome system seller. I don't know of any other title doing as much as we are with the 3DS all at once. Stuff with Streetpass, stuff with spotpass, daily challenges, Voice chat. Not to mention we have a killer adventure game underneath it all that'll devour hours of your time trying to find everything to keep or trade. I'll have tons more to spew about Heroes of Ruin on it's own page when I'm allowed to comment on anything else. As for now, I'm trying to keep the site updated with review snippets and blog posts. But still may change how that works too, Basically, I had two sites that I was working on. One was more professional resume like, the other was more bizarre resume site. They both got good reactions and both led to some gigs, but I consolidated everything into the current page and just converted the old one into a soundtrack review page where I'll try to post my old music4games.net soundtrack write-ups as well as snag new Game OST's for review.
Like I have time for any of that! And you're in the rain, you get wet. Just made that one up.
Had my head down on several projects that are wrapping up so I only have a few left to work on at the moment which still keeps me beyond busy. Audio production has wrapped on Call of Duty Defiance for DS, Jaws Ultimate Predator for 3DS, and Jillian Michaels Fitness Adventure for 360/Kinect. I'll be able to talk more about them once they are released. Still cranking away at Heroes of Ruin and other titles popping up here at work. Maybe I'll be able to post more regularly now that I only have two big projects to work on and lots of teeny tiny smaller projects...probably not. But I will check in and spew something like this once a month or so! So I've had this dual website thing going for a while, trying to see which one has the best reaction from friends, family and of course clients. Bout to move to a new domain now. Not sure where to put my soundtrack reviews. This website is pretty clean and streamlined which makes everything fairly accessible. We'll see!
