The Call of Duty series is a great series to be a part of. What was really great is n-Space's approach to portable versions. Forget trying to cram a console shooter on a handheld, we designed these games from the ground up to utilize the hardware and excite the user base.
We had roughly 800-1000 lines of VO per game. This was always a fun challenge to both organize and implement with the highest quality possible given the memory limitations of cartridges.
Each game featured dozens of unique guns. Each gun's sound was designed to closely mimic it's real world counterpart as much as possible, including reloads.
We had a great composer writing for all 3 titles, Geoff Zanelli. His work was outstanding and always a pleasure (and another fun challenge) to get it all to fit in the audio budget.

"This game is packed full of cinematic music, line after line of recorded VO, and an overall audio production that pushes DS in a big way." -ign.com
"Impressive voice work." -kombo.com
"Similarly, the game’s audio work is well done. There is still a surprising amount of voice acting for a DS title—even more than in Call of Duty 4. The rest of the sound effects, including the gun sounds, all sound great." -pgnx.net

"The audio too is another technical high point." -ign.com
"Despite the diminutive size of the speakers, effects like explosions and gunfire come out nice and loud. The volume is accompanied by accuracy, as each effect sounds as realistic as it can get, emphasizing how impressive the system's audio capabilities can be." -Worthplaying.com
"And for a handheld experience, Mobilized certainly goes above and beyond in the audio department. Best played with a pair of headphones, Mobilized features a great library of sound effects and samples – and even includes a fantastic amount of voice acting, which is considered a real bonus for DS owners." -gamechronicles.com
